Individual Counselling

Counselling sessions last for 50 minutes. I would normally see someone once a week when we start working together.  I offer short term and long term therapy depending on individual needs.

I am currently only offering online and telephone counselling.

An initial telephone consultation is free of charge.

Fees

Individual Counselling:                      £70 per 50 minute session 

Online and telephone Counselling:  £70 per 50 minute session

EMDR:                                                 from £70 per session (sessions can last up to 90 minutes)

Men's Group:                                      £20 per weekly session (currently on hold)

I am also a registered therapist with AXA, Aviva, WPA and Vitality Healthcare Insurance Providers.
